After a successful career as banker, magistrate and university professor, I founded several companies one of them being FinPro – Advice, Training & Coaching.

In the mid 70’s I was admitted for a doctoral promotion in economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam (NL).  I hold a master’s degree in commercial sciences (international relations) (KUL) and didactical sciences (KUL) as well.

Through my activities in the academic world and the longstanding contacts within the universe of entrepreneurs and banking & finance, I am one of the few consultants in Belgium to offer a wide range of training programmes covering all the links of the entire loan value chain (companies + professionals).  As a consequence of many executive mandates, presiding over joint committees and frequent contacts with the supervisors and the legislative authorities, I acquired a profound insight in the various aspects of corporate governance. I hold several mandates as independent director and member of advisory boards. I am also a member of CEPANI, the Belgian center for arbitration and mediation.

My core competences are: Intermodular & in-depth training programs, change management (CEO/senior executive level), coaching of senior executives and young potentials, advice in HR management, strategy, analytical reporting and audit.  As far as corporate governance is concerned: independent directorships & advice in implementation.  For all these missions I have solid partnership agreements with utmost competent partners so that our customers are being adviced by the best possible experts.
